Calls to customer service are free of charge from all Cubio mobile and Europhone subscriptions. In case of emergency, for example if your phone is lost or stolen, outside opening hours you can call our locking service at +358 46 813 3000, and report the phone missing with a message to a voicemail, in which you tell your name, social security number and the phone number of the subscription that needs to be closed. Alternatively, you can report the phone as missing by emailing asiakaspalvelu@cubio.com.
