What do people think of Cubio?
As part of Cubio’s customer service, we like to listen to our customers and find out what they think of us. We conduct a customer survey twice a year and report the results here.
The survey made in November 2011 told us the following:
Customers are happy with Cubio and also recommend us to others
Our cheap international calls have always been something we are well known for, and this is also what our customers like. Our affordability had been extended to cover domestic calls as well as international calls and Cubio was said to be a lot cheaper than any other service provider.
Other reasons for customer satisfaction included the quality of our services, our reliability, and the efficiency and language skills of our customer service. Cubio Shop also got positive feedback for its good service.
Based on the feedback, more than 90% of Cubio customers have recommended or would be willing to recommend Cubio to others. This is a number we are very proud of. With our Finnish-speaking customers, the number was even higher – 93% (an increase of 13% compared to the previous survey).
Of course there is also room for improvement
Of course there’s always the other side of the coin. Here are some things our customers hoped we would improve. Our customers would also like to see Cubio products in Finnish shops outside Helsinki (we are already actively searching for retailers). We could have better VoIP phone installation instructions available on our website (we will arrange this). People who have lived in Finland for less than two years found ordering a subscription difficult, customers asked for more information on both our services and prices and some special benefits for loyal customers (we will direct more of our campaigns to our current customers in the future) and our Russian-speaking customers wanted to get the latest Cubio news in Russian too (we have now also a Russian version of Cubicle available).
We have listened closely to your improvement ideas
It is good to know the issues that our customers are concerned about. That’s why we pay special attention to things that are not how you think they should be. We have already addressed most of the improvement ideas of the latest customer survey, so thank you all for your valuable feedback.
