You can sign up to Cubio’s inexpensive international call contract by calling our customer service. After registration you can use Cubio’s 99551 prefix instead of the former + or 00 prefix, when calling abroad. Take a look at the 99551 price list here.
To change your due date, contact our customer service. Changing the due date depends on the case and it can be postponed for a maximum of 14 days from the invoice’s original due date. The change must be requested before the invoice is due.
If your Europhone stops working, try to restart your internet modem by detaching the cable from the phone and unplugging from the powerpoint for a little while. If this doesn’t help, contact our customer service or make a Europhone VoIP service error report straight from here.
To be able to use our MMS-service, you need to have MMS services activated in your subscription and in the Cubio service settings of your phone. You can order MMS services from our customer service by calling +358 9 4247 5000 or by email mobiili@cubio.com. You can also order Cubio data sercive from our customer service.
You can order Cubio’s service settings by sending the message CUBIO to the number 14588. After saving and activating the settings, the phone must be restarted. Our customer service is happy to help you activate the service settings if you need help.
You can also read received MMS messages at www2.cubio.fi/mms/. You’ll receive the code for reading the MMS by SMS.

You can find the PUK code for the subscription IN the order confirmation that arrived with your new SIM card. As the owner of the subscription you can also get the PUK code from our customer service by calling our customer service. The number is +358 9 4247 5000.
To be able to use email, you need to have data service or Cubio DataPack activated to your subscription. In addition you need to have Cubio’s service settings in your phone device.
You need a service provider’s email application (for example hotmail, mtv3, luukku, etc.). From the service provider you’ll get the incoming mail server address, which is determined by your own email address. The type of incoming mail server will be either POP3 or IMAP4.
Not all free email service providers support the POP3 or IMAP4 protocol, and therefore not all email services can be accessed from your phone.
The outgoing mail server address is mail.cubio.net
More specific instructions for the device can often be found in the phone’s user manual. Please note, that for many phone models the user guide can also be found on the internet in electronic format (Nokia, Apple etc.).

If you wish, roaming barring* can be activated in your subscription, so your phone can‘t use foreign mobile phone networks. Specific talk, SMS, data and/or MMS services via foreign networks can be barred abroad if required. Roaming barring can be ordered from our customer service by phone +358 9 4247 5000 or by email mobiili@cubio.fi.
Settings/limitations on roaming usage can also be changed directly from the phone with most handsets. More specific instructions for the particular device can often be found in the phone’s user manual. Please note, that for many phone models the user guide can also be found on the internet in electronic format (Nokia, Apple, etc.).
* Roaming refers to the use of a foreign mobile network with a domestic mobile subscription. For example when you’re travelling abroad, your phone is operating on a Cubio partner network, as determined in the roaming-contract. The roaming-price list for Cubio’s subscriptions can be found on our network operator Elisa’s internet page www.elisa.fi/matkaviestinta/roaming/.
